Ruby Singh provides a variety of services related to knowledge management and sharing information with others. This information can be IT-related, but not exclusively so. My primary skills can be applied to many industries, products, companies and types of information. These skills include excellent communication skills to gather information, information design, distillation of information, writing skills and reviewing and editing skills.

Technical Documentation includes the designing, creating and updating of product-based facts.
This type of documentation is created within a software or hardware company or within an IT department of a company within any industry.

Internal Documentation
Internal Documentation includes any type of documentation that any organisation requires, and includes quality procedures, disaster recovery plans, runbooks, playbooks, intranets, templates and reports.

Intranets and Websites
Intranets and websites includes the designing, creating and updating of web-based information.
Tools used include Sharepoint, Confluence and Wix, though other tools can be learnt and implemented too.

Training
Training includes teaching people about software products or processes.
Training can take place online or in person.
