I have worked in a wide variety of organisations, creating any type of documentation the client requires.

My main focus is to create the deliverables the client requires, using the resources available to me.

Sometimes, I have to take a few steps back to do that, which means I create templates, and style and design guides as and when required.

All contracts begin with working out exactly what the clients requires, then creating a detailed weekly plan and then completing the documentation process.

Each contract ends with the client receiving a handover document, webinar or meeting to explain how to maintain and update the documentation in future.
